Shipping policy

Domestic Ground Shipping 
For Domestic Ground Shipping, all shipments will take up to 1-2 business days to process orders after they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for Domestic ground orders to be delivered via USPS Priority  Mail unless you have paid for another specific shipping method. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment.

 

 

International Shipping 
For standard international orders, all shipments will ship via Priority Mail International. Delivery can range from 15 to 30 business days depending on your location. Due to differing international customs processes, KINGMAN cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once it has been shipped.

 

Please contact USPS at www.usps.com. If you did not receive your package you may file a complaint report with them directly. In some cases, we may elect to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon receipt, based on the total value of your order.
